An awful lot of people ask me the same question: “How is the market doing”.
I have personally noticed an increase in activity from where we were a year ago. The tax credit and low interest rates have undoubtedly contribute to this, but it also seems that consumer confidence is up. Low and behold…the sky is not falling!
