Our own observations credit two main reasons for why our median home prices have risen: The distressed property market (or lack thereof) and the reduced amount of available housing inventory. (more…)

Lake Champlain Flooding

Yep, the flood.  Everyone is talking about it and most people have seen some of the damage.  Living in Burlington, it is hard to miss what is going on in our backyard.  The lake, in parts, has flooded up to the bike path and the restaurant Breakwaters and a statue of our Lake Monster Champ are both submerged.
